Order Processing

Orders are processed and will ship in 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods such as sales and holidays, processing times may be extended.

On monogram items, our standard monogram turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed. If you need your order sooner, we offer a Rush Monogram Service for $15 per item, with monogrammed items shipping within 5 business days. During high-volume periods such as sales and holidays, our monogram processing times may be extended, and rush services will be temporarily unavailable. Please see our Monogram Information Page for more details.  

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

All items are shipped via standard ground shipping unless a different shipping method is selected at checkout. 

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $200 or more within the contiguous United States.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout for any carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Returns & Package Protection (Checkout+)

Customers who purchase Free Returns & Package Protection (Checkout+) at checkout receive protection for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages, as well as free returns in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customers who purchased Free Returns & Package Protection (Checkout+) should submit a claim through the protection portal provided in their order confirmation.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
